The Citizens Economic Empowerment Commission (CEEC), a statutory body under the Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises Development (MSMED), is a body corporate established through the enactment of the Citizens Economic Empowerment Act No. 9 of 2006 to foster broad-based economic empowerment in Zambia to targeted Citizens, Citizen influenced companies, Citizen empowered companies and Citizen owned companies through several integrated socio-economic strategies.
This notice serves to inform all CEEC Beneficiaries listed below to immediately contact the nearest CEEC office in their locality before 9th March 2023 with a clear indication of how they intend to settle their indebtedness to the Commission (to the extent that this has not been done), as indicated in the list drawn below in accordance with the Commission’s record as at 28th February 2023.
