PROPOSALS TO UNDERTAKE BUSINESS INVESTMENTS WITH FUNDING FROM THE CITIZENS ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT FUND (CEEF) FOR THE YEAR 2023.

The Citizens Economic Empowerment Commission (CEEC) is providing financing to interested targeted citizens, MSMEs and co-operative enterprises countrywide with a view of increasing their participation in economic activities and subsequently contribute positively to Zambia’s economic development. CEEC now invites applications from interested targeted citizens, MSMEs and co-operative enterprises who wish to undertake investment projects through the following empowerment products for 2023;

Visit www.ceec.org.zm to familiarise yourself with the empowerment products and eligibility criteria in preparation for submission of application when the CEEC online application portal is activated on Tuesday 3 January 2023.

APPLICATION PROCESS

  1. To apply, visit www.ceec.org.zm, click ‘ONLINE APPLICATION’, ‘Log In’ or ‘Register’ to create applicant profile
  2. Upon successful creation of profile, click ‘Empowerment Product’ then select preferred empowerment product to apply
  3. Submit your duly completed application and wait for correspondence from CEEC Staff
  4. To view your project application status, visit www.ceec.org.zm, log in to your profile and click ‘Loan Application’

Take note: All Project application forms will ONLY be available ONLINE, at NO COST to applicants and will be assessed on a rolling basis.

Proposals will initially be in form of Project Concept Notes in line with the Application Form provided ONLINE by the Commission. Only online submissions will be accepted and applications that do not follow the stated format will NOT BE ACCEPTED.

DEADLINE: Monday 20 February 2023 at midnight.
