PROPOSALS TO UNDERTAKE BUSINESS INVESTMENTS WITH FUNDING FROM THE CITIZENS ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT FUND (CEEF) FOR THE YEAR 2026

To support economic growth and socioeconomic development across the country, the Citizens Economic Empowerment Commission (CEEC) is hereby inviting targeted citizens, SMEs and co-operatives who wish to undertake investment projects in the Year 2026 through the following empowerment products.

  • All applications must be duly completed according to the specifications of the designated mode to ensure proper processing.
  • The Commission (CEEC) offers two convenient application modes for 2026 empowerment loan products: physical/hard copy applications and online submissions via www.ceec.org.zm . Manual applications can be submitted through our Provincial Offices and District Cooperative Offices under the Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises Development (MSMED).
  • Empowerment Product information can be accessed HERE
  • Incomplete or incorrectly submitted applications will not be considered, please ensure you follow the correct submission method for your loan product as guided on the website.
  • All applications with adverse CRB Reports in the name of the individual, enterprise or any of its directors will not be considered.
  • Salaried employees are required to commit to monthly deductions from their salaries via their respective employers.
